Согласно обвинению Чжао, 250-й выпуск китайской версии Bloomberg Businessweek содержит порочащие и наносящие вред имиджу СЕО Binance материалы.
Более детально об этом написало издание Decrypt, ознакомившись с документами дела. Дело в оглавлении – «Финансовая пирамида Чанпэна Чжао». Глава Binance также указал в иске продвижение этой статьи в Twitter и Facebook.
Чжао также недоволен американской версией материала, которая также содержала клевету и необоснованные обвинения. Они предназначены для “введения читателей в заблуждение, заставляя их поверить в то, что Чжао и Binance занимаются незаконной или сомнительной деятельностью”:

Чжао требует удалить материалы, запретить их переиздание, а также компенсировать причиненный ущерб.
