Комиссия по срочной биржевой торговле США (CFTC) обновила список незарегистрированных компаний. Регулятор включил 34 иностранные организации в список. Шесть из них предоставляют услуги, связанные с криптовалютами.
В числе криптокомпаний — TradeFinancials, CryptoBO, Bitpay Options, CryptoSphereFX, Direct Cryptos и Prime Crypto FX. От регулятора поступило предупреждение об опасности, отметив что на компании есть «большое количество жалоб из-за мошенничества».
«Поскольку они не зарегистрированы в CFTC, на клиентов, взаимодействующих с ними, могут не распространяться меры защиты и гарантии», — сообщили в Комиссии.
Работая с такими организациями, возрастает риск потери средств. В целом так называемый «красный список» увеличился до 202 фирм.
Напомним, в апреле 2022 года Комиссия по ценным бумагам и биржам США расширила список «вводящих в заблуждение» организаций, связанных с цифровыми активами.
