Клиенты Bitfinex отмечали, что постоянно испытывают проблемы:
- с доступом на биржу и соединением;
- с вводом и выводом криптовалюты с/на биржу.
Кроме этого, на ряде аккаунтов включилась функция Funding autorenew (используется для обеспечения ликвидности во время маржинальной торговли за счёт свободных средств участников биржи). В результате они перешли в постоянный режим «выданы в кредит».
Проблемы возникают и у техсаппорта и клиентской поддержки Bitfinex. Многие тикеты остаются без ответа, а жалобы и запросы клиентов не удовлетворяются.
К тому же Noble Bank, с которым сотрудничает Bitfinex, фактически является банкротом. Поэтому ProofofResearch пришёл к выводу, что использовать биржу и токен Tether небезопасно.
Bitfinex отвергла все обвинения
Соответствующее сообщение появилось в блоге биржи.
Слухи о неплатёжеспособности Bitfinex ходят больше года. Те, кто их распространяет, активизировались в последние месяцы. Поток сообщений на Medium никак не может повлиять на платёжеспособность биржи. К тому же их авторы демонстрируют непонимание данной концепции.
Подтверждая свои слова, авторы сообщения привели ссылки на три холодных кошелька, на которых хранятся ВТС (на сумму $1 млрд), ЕТН (на сумму $200 млн) и EOS.
Отметим, что наличие этих средств не является подтверждением платёжеспособности. Критики и ранее, не отрицали, что у биржи имеются солидные активы. Они предполагают, что у Tether недостаточно резервов для обеспечения 2,8 млрд USDT.
