По словам платформы, они используют комплаенс-услуги для соответствия нормативным правилам от стороннего поставщика. Вслед за введением Минфином США санкций против миксера за отмывание $7 млрд провайдер пометил имевшие отношение к Tornado Cash аккаунты. Система торговой площадки активировала ограничения автоматически.
«Ряд учетных записей были заблокированы, поскольку часть средств в их кошельке была в какой-то момент связана с Tornado Cash», — объяснила команда.
Также dYdX акцентировали, что внезапный поток блокировок затронул «множество пользователей», которые зачастую не знали о происхождении своих средств и напрямую не использовали миксер.
Сейчас платформа внесла соответствующие коррективы в политику комплаенса, которые позволили разблокировать определенные аккаунты. Однако некоторые ограничения в отношении помеченных средств сохранятся, отметила команда.
