Многонациональная инвестиционная компания Diginex, расположенная в Гонконге и занимающаяся криптовалютными активами, объявила о продаже 51% акций подразделения, развивающего добычу виртуальных валют. Сумма сделки составляет 60 млн долларов. В Меморандуме о сотрудничестве оговаривается так же возможность использования криптовалюты для покупки и продажи дорогостоящих вин и иных активов. 
Предполагается, что инвестиции в 60 млн долларов, поступившие от Madison, позволят Diginex ускорить расширение своих операций по добыче криптовалюты в Западной Европе. Майлз Пелхэм (Miles Pelham), генеральный директор Diginex, заявил:
«Это поступление инвестиций позволяет нам ускорить шаги по превращению в глобального поставщика технологии блокчейн. Мы продолжим развивать майнинговые подразделения в Швеции и Швейцарии».
