Своим пользователям сервис рекомендует до этой даты добавить адрес ETH-кошелька в аккаунт для получения добытых монет. Такой алгоритм действий команда пояснила тем, что не сможет поддерживать активы в PoS-цепочке.
Безусловно, компания AntPool продолжит предоставлять услуги майнинга для пользователей, которые планируют добывать Ethereum Classic (ETC) и другие Ethash-токены.
«Будучи одним из крупнейших пулов PoW-майнинга, AntPool выступает за децентрализованный консенсус Proof-of-Work от Сатоши Накамото и полностью поддерживает токены BTC, ETC и другие», — сказано в заявлении.
До этого аналитики JPMorgan предположили, что ETC станет главным бенефициаром притока майнеров после перехода Ethereum на PoS.
