По запросу властей США в Румынии арестовали СЕО крупнейшей криптобиржи страны CoinFlux Влада Нистора. Счета компании в банках были заморожены.
Нистору выдвинут целый ряд обвинений. Его подозревают в отмывании денег, мошенничестве и участии деятельности организованной преступной группировки.
Нистора могут выдать властям США. Вопрос об этом рассмотрит Апелляционный суд Бухареста.
CoinFlux остановила работу
Биржа опубликовала официальное заявление. В нём сообщается о том, что средства пользователей заморожены. CoinFlux утверждает, что делается всё возможное для возвращения клиентам их денег.
CoinFlux основана 3 года назад. На сегодняшний день данная криптобиржа осуществила транзакции на общую сумму более 200 млн. евро. Здесь торговались XRP, ЕТН, ВТС и LTC.
