В основу Aztec 2.0 легли решения по масштабированию второго уровня ZK-Rollups. Благодаря доказательству с нулевым разглашением (zkSNARKs) можно агрегировать транзакции, поднимая уровень пропускной способности до 300 транзакций в секунду.
Также Aztec презентовал скриптовый язык Noir, используя который, разработчики могут писать zkSNARK-транзакции для второй версии платформы.

Как заявляют представители проекта, эта технология привносит в Ethereum «программируемую приватность». Новый стандарт Aztec под названием PLONK делает возможной двухуровневую систему обработки транзакций.
Еще один плюс zkSNARK – транзакции становятся приватными, скрывая данные отправителя, получателя и сумму транзакции.
Чтобы проверить работоспособность разработки, в рамках этой недели будет запущена тестовая сеть для анонимной отправки DAI и других токенов стандарта ERC-20. Полноценный старт основной сети планируют на ноябрь.
Напомним, что благодаря раунду финансирования возглавляемого инкубатором Ethereum-стартапов, ConsenSys в ноябре 2019 года Aztec привлек $2,1 млн в ходе.
