Генеральный директор Binance Чжао Чанпэн (Chhao Changpeng) заявил, что его компания не обеспокоена низкими объемами торгов, вызванными текущим спадом на рынке, сообщает Cointelegraph.
По заявлению Чжао Чанпэна, за последний месяц снижение объема торговли достигло 50% по сравнению с предыдущим. В настоящее время объём торговли составляет всего 10% от объемов торговли биржи в январе 2018 года. Однако по-прежнему Binance обрабатывает большие объемы, чем это было «два или три года назад». Бизнес, по заявлению Чжао, остается прибыльным.
Глава Binance также сказал, что продолжается постоянный приток новых клиентов. Однако новые пользователи приходят не так активно, как это было в «очень сумасшедший период» января-февраля 2018 года.
На бирже наблюдается постоянное увеличение депозитов, номинированных в биткоине. Чжао Чанпэн выразил надежду, что рынок успешно переживет медвежий период. Говоря о возможных катализаторах движения на рынке, он отметил, что «…очень сложно предсказать, какой из них станет триггером». Тем не менее Чжао возлагает надежды на приход институциональных денег.
