Контекст. У березні Комісія з цінних паперів та бірж США звинуватила Сана та три його компанії у незареєстрованій пропозиції цінних паперів у вигляді токенів TRX та BTT.
Регулятор також вважає, що підприємець і Tron Foundation, BitTorrent Foundation і Rainberry (раніше BitTorrent), що повністю належать йому, маніпулювали вторинним ринком TRX за допомогою «відмивної торгівлі».
