Основатель компании по управлению инвестициями Miller Value Partners прославился тем, что доходность его капиталовложений 15 лет подряд превышала прибыль от вложения в S & P 500. Отмечая высокие технологические возможности биткоина, инвестор, однако, осторожно отнесся к будущему криптовалюты:
«Биткоин может стоить очень дорого, а может опуститься до нуля».
Миллер также отметил, что между виртуальными валютами и фондовыми рынками практически полностью отсутствует корреляция, что делает биткоин выгодным инвестиционным инструментом. Такая позиция бизнесмена полностью совпадает с мнением другого известного эксперта цифровых валют Энтони Помплиано (Anthony Plompiano), утверждающего, что BTC может стать лучшим инвестиционным инструментом для пенсионных фондов в период кризиса.
«Я не являюсь ярким поклонником биткоина, но внимательно отслеживаю этот инструмент, имеющий высокий потенциал», – заявил Миллер.
Напомним, в июле 2018 года Билл Миллер утверждал, что рынок BTC может вырасти до 3,6 трлн долларов и вступить в прямую конкуренцию с золотом, как средством накопления.
