Исходя из документа, ограничение на объем инвестиций составляет 80000 акций или $2 млн.
«Эти акции позволят инвесторам эффективным и легальным образом выйти на рынок. Без ограничений и сложных требований, связанных с хранением и приобретением BTC», – сказано в заявке.
Функцию хранения на себя возьмет Fidelity Digital Asset Services, а за фиат отвечает UMB Bank.
Все фиатные депозиты имеют страховку согласно положениям Федеральной корпорации по страхованию вкладов. Единственное, страховка предусмотрена на случаи кражи, если ущерб составит от $100 млн.
Цена активов траста будет обновляться ежедневно в 16:00 по Нью-Йорку. Источником данных избран индекс BTC Чикагской товарной биржи (CME), который будет умножаться на количество монет в ее распоряжении.
Эксперты предполагают, что фонд Wilshire Phoenix сможет стать конкурентом биткоин-трасту Grayscale Investments, который был зарегистрирован SEC в прошлом году.
