Криптобиржи Bittrex, Poloniex обратились в суд с просьбой закрыть судебное производство по причине наличия доказательств, что использованный в махинациях bitcoin-адреса не принадлежат Bitfinex.
Биржа Bitfinex объявила о второй попытке засудить ее по общению в рыночных манипуляциях. Но и эта попытка будет неуспешной, заявили в компании, после того, как Bittrex, Poloniex направили в суд ходатайство в поддержку Bitfinex.

Напомним, в ноябре 2019 года было озвучено обвинение компании Bitfinex о причине финансовых манипуляций. Трейдеры обвинили компанию в завышении стоимости актива Tether.
В июне 2020 года иск был расширен: к числу ответчиков были добавлены компании Bittrex и Poloniex. Трейдеры уверенны, что компании знали о манипуляциях и помогали реализовать мошеннические схемы.
«В новом заявлении бессмысленного иска сказано, что рынком манипулировали через BTC-адреса, контролируемые Bitfinex. Для реализации фантастического заговора эти адреса использовали компании Bittrex и Poloniex», — написали в компании Bitfinex.
Bittrex и Poloniex требуют вынести решения в порядке упрощенного судопроизводства, поскольку «истцы не могут доказать центральный посыл своего обвинения».
