Telegram-бот для обмена криптовалют Chatex сообщил о временной остановке операционной деятельности по причине расследований в отношении компании, проводимых на территории США.
«Поскольку один из наших ранних долевых инвесторов получил иск со стороны США, то юридические претензии к нему также относятся и к Chatex, и ко всем компаниям, где он имеет долю», – написали представители обменника.
Весь период разбирательств средства пользователей Chatex будут под запретом на перемещение, но команда уверяет, что они в сохранности.
Также администрация обменника отменила запланированный токенсейл CHTX.
«Сожалеем, но причины, приведшие к этому, не имеют никакого отношения к нашей команде, и не в нашей власти их поменять», – добавили они.
Ранее мы сообщали, что 8 ноября Минфин США включил в санкционный список 30 криптовалютных адресов обменника Chatex, а также аффилированные с ним компании Izibits OÜ, Chatextech SIA и Hightrade Finance Ltd.
