Чикагская биржа Cboe отозвала из Комиссии по ценным бумагам и биржам (SEC) предложение по изменению правил листинга биткоин-акций SolidX, выпущенных компанией VanEck SolidX Bitcoin Trust.

Как говорится в сообщении Комиссии, 20 июня 2018 года Cboe BZX Exchange, Inc. в соответствии с Разделом 19(b)(1) Закона о биржах ценных бумаг от 1934 года и Правилом 19b-4, подала в SEC предложения по изменению правил листинга и торговли биткоин-акциями SolidX.
Комиссия установила 30 сентября 2018 года в качестве даты, когда она должна одобрить либо отклонить предложенные изменения правил. А 6 декабря 2018 года Комиссия решила, что ей требуется больше времени для принятия решения по заявке Cboe BZX Exchange, Inc.
22 января Cboe отозвала предложенные изменения (SR-CboeBZX-2018- 040).
Документ подписан заместителем секретаря Эдуардо А. Алеманом (Eduardo A. Aleman Deputy).
