Так, на Bittrex цена основной криптовалюты достигала $7073, на Kucoin — $7093. Средневзвешенный курс биткоина на момент написания составлял $6 661,55.
Прочие криптовалюты демонстрируют схожую динамику. За 2 часа общая капитализация рынка выросла более чем на $20 млрд. На момент написания она составляла $212 689 120 041. Криптовалюты из первой десятки подорожали на 4-8%. XRP выросла на 9,95, Ethereum -на 9,5%.
Пользователи Twitter назвали сегодняшний скачок цен «пампом для ликвидации Тона Вейса». 13 октября последний опубликовал данные о своей первой и, возможно, единственной сделке по биткоину в 2018 году. Вейс поставил 1 ВТС при плече в х5 на снижение биткоина до $5000. Ликвидация позиции произойдёт при цене в $7650.
