Сооснователь Chainlink Сергей Назаров и Ари Джуэлс приступили к написанию второй версии white paper проекта, сообщает CoinDesk. Они также являются авторами первой версии документа, выпущенного в 2017 году.
Оракулы Chainlink транспортируют данные из внешних офчейн-источников в смарт-контракты. Таким подходом активно пользуются DeFi-приложения для торговли криптодеривативами и синтетическими активами, например, dYdX и Synthetix.
DECO передает данные при помощи протоколов HTTPS и TLS, обеспечивая высокий уровень безопасности и приватности. Также в решении используется технология доказательств с нулевым разглашением, используемой, например, в конфиденциальной криптовалюте Zcash.
По словам Назарова, DECO может эффективно использоваться в сферах децентрализованного кредитования и идентификации.
