Исходя из данных Etherscan, один из операторов стейблкоина заморозил движение как минимум 75 000 USDC.
Вдобавок инфраструктурные платформы Infura и Alchemy заблокировали RPC-запросы к Tornado Cash. Именно эти сервисы предоставляют пользователям dapp возможность взаимодействовать с блокчейн-серверами. У пользователей появились предположения, что это связано с санкциями.

Напомним, что 8 августа подразделение Минфина США внесло Tornado Cash в санкционный список. Ведь с момента создания сервиса в 2019 году мошенники смогли отмыть криптовалюту на сумму более $7 млрд. Свыше $455 млн из них связаны с деятельностью северокорейской хакерской группировки Lazarus Group.
Сайт Tornado Cash не работает. Однако, по словам основателя сервиса Романа Семенова, речь идет о статической странице-лендинге. Он добавил, что работают URL-адреса, через которые возможен доступ к самому приложению.
