На своем официальном сайте американская криптовалютная биржа Coinbase сообщила о планах выйти на фондовый рынок путем прямого листинга.
Для этого еще в декабре 2020 года компания создала заявление в Комиссию по ценным бумагам и биржам США (SEC) с целью проведения первичного предложения (IPO) по форме S-1.
Сегодня же команда Coinbase уточнила, что компания станет публичной посредством прямого листинга обыкновенных акций класса А.
«После после завершения SEC процесса рассмотрения с учетом рыночных и прочих условий, форма S-1 вступит в силу», — написали в компании.
Еще в 2018 году были разговоры о подготовке Coinbase к IPO.
