Изданию The Block главный директор по продуктам Coinbase Суроджит Чаттерджи рассказал о стратегической цели приобретение Bison Trails. Благодаря этому биржасможет укрепить позиции в сфере инфраструктурных блокчейн-услуг и монетизировать внутренние продукты.
«Команда Coinbase изучит новые внешние API-сервисы для безопасности, идентификации и платежей», — сказал Чаттерджи.
Насчет работы Bison Trails, компания будет работать как самостоятельная бизнес-единица и предлагать услуги стейкинга и обслуживания нод. Насчет Coinbase – биржа станет ключевых клиентом поставщика инфраструктурных и блокчейн-решений.
О поглощении биржа публично сообщила через месяц после подачи заявки на проведение первичного предложения акций в Комиссию по ценным бумагам и биржам США.
