Джихан Ву, сооснователь Bitmain, покидает компанию, за что ему выплатят компенсационный пакет в размере $600 млн. Об этом сообщает специализирующийся на новостях криптовалютной индустрии из Китая репортер Колин Ву.
19 декабря журналист написал об этом в Twitter. По его словам, со многих источников ему пришла подтверждающая информация о ряде крупных перестановок в руководящем составе.
На должность генерального директора вернется другой сооснователь компании — Микри Чжан.
Но в добавок к отступных в размере $600 млн, Джихан Ву возглавит BTC.com, майнинговую платформу Bitdeer и будет контролировать майнинговые операции за пределами Китая.

В рамках этого соглашения Микри Чжан поообещал завершить выход Bitmain на американскую фондовую биржу в срок до 31 декабря 2022 года. По предварительным оценкам, после выхода на IPO,стоимость компании составит $5,5 млрд. Посредником в сделке выступает Sequoia Capital.
Финальное решение по этой ситуации мы узнаем после собрания акционеров 28 декабря, на котором должны утвердить предстоящие изменения.
