Издание The Manila Times получило доступ к отчету Национального агентства координации разведки (NICA). Оно назвало Ламбино одним из самых коррумпированных чиновников в стране.
CEZA выдала лицензии для работы 25 криптовалютным компаниям
Согласно данным спецслужбы, они платили управлению $100 000 лицензионного сбора и аналогичную сумму за рассмотрение заявки. Ламбино регистрировал внесение только $3000, присваивая почти полностью каждый платеж.
Кроме того, работающие в специальной экономической зоне компании еще до подписания меморандума о взаимопонимании передавали чиновникам CEZA 10% своего капитала.
NICA утверждает, что зарегистрированные в ней криптовалютные и гемблинговые фирмы еженедельно выплачивают Ламбино и его помощнику 5 млн песо (около $98 тысяч). Кроме этого, разведка подозревает администратора CEZA в присвоении с помощью различных схем почти 2 млрд песо (более $39 млн), остававшихся на счетах ведомства после его предшественника.
В отчете отмечено, что до прихода на государственную службу в 2017 году Ламбино, с доходами провинциального адвоката, относился к «среднему нижнему классу».
