Чжао отметил, что весомые колебания стоимости можно увидеть не только на криптовалютном, но и на фондовом рынке. А если сравнить, то биткоин менее волатилен, чем акции компаний, сопоставимых с ним по рыночной капитализации, -добавил CEO Binance.
«Не нужно думать, что волатилен только биткоин. Волатильность наблюдается везде. Это не уникальное явление и только для криптовалютного рынка», — отметил Чжао.
По его словам, в этом часто виноваты «охотники за доходностью». Они не анализируют рынок, а инвестируют деньги в активы на фоне позитивных новостей.
«Людей, ведомых стадным инстинктом, всегда больше, чем тех, кто действительно проводит серьезные исследования. Когда появляются негативные новости, они уходят с рынка, когда появляются позитивные новости — вновь пытаются войти. Это вызывает большую волатильность», — сказал Чжао.
Согласно данным Woobull, 60-дневная волатильность биткоина снижается с начала 2021 года. Однако аналогичный показатель для ценных бумаг Tesla и Apple по-прежнему находится на более низком уровне.
Напомним, до этого Чжао посоветовал трейдерам, которые испытывают стресс из-за каждого падения цены, сменить стратегию на «купи и держи». По его мнению, это не лучшая рекомендация для бизнеса Binance, но хороший совет для новичков.
