Состоятельные клиенты финансового холдинга JPMorgan получили доступ к пассивно управляемому BTC-фонду, запущенному совместно с «дочкой» Stone Ridge Assets Management — NYDIG. Информирует об этом CoinDesk, ссылаясь на осведомленные источники.
По словам источника, структура еще не успела привлечь какие-либо инвестиции, поскольку финансовые консультанты холдинга проинформировали о запуске продукта только 4 августа. Команда холдинга позиционирует инструмент, как «самый безопасный и дешевый из доступных на частных рынках инструмент для вложений в биткоин».
По словам информатора CoinDesk, в будущем структура трансформироваться в биткоин-ETF, если этот класс финансовых инструментов получит одобрение от SEC.
До этого была информация, что JPMorgan предоставил розничным клиентам по управлению активами доступ к трем фондам Grayscale Investments и биткоин-трасту Osprey. Предложение распространяется в том числе на пользователей приложения Chase.
