Казахская финтех-компания Kaspi разместила IPO, ориентированное на сферу технологий. По итогу, она стало крупнейшим первичным публичным предложением 2020 года Лондонской фондовой биржи. Такую информацию сообщает Forbes, ссылаясь на слова главы европейского подразделения торговой платформы, Аюны Нечаевой.
Только за первый день торгов акции финтех-стартапа возросли в цене на 32%. По итогу, Kaspi получил статус самой дорогой публичной компании Казахстана.
Рыночная капитализация стартапа выросла до $6,5 млрд. Чтобы легче было сравнивать, ранее Тинькофф банк вел переговоры с «Яндексом» о продаже компании бизнеса за $5,5 млрд.
После проведения IPO, основатели Kaspi стали миллиардерами. Состояние одного из соучредителей стартапа, Вячеслава Кима, превысило $2,5 млрд.
Руководство проекта обратило внимание на повышенный интерес к их разработкам в период пандемии коронавируса. Для сравнения, чистая прибыль компании в 2019 году составила $515 млн. При этом только за первую половину 2020 года команда Kaspi заработала $286 млн.
