DiDi — китайский аналог Uber, объявил о желании участвовать в тестировании цифрового юаня (CBDC).
Исходя из заявления представителя компании, DiDi заключает договор с Научно-исследовательским подразделением Народного банка Китая, ориентированным на изучение цифровой валюты. В ходе партнерства будет разработан алгоритм скорого внедрения цифровой валюты Digital Currency Electronic Payment (DCEP).
«Разработчики компании DiDi создаст и внедрит пилотные проекты по применению DCEP, соблюдая стандарты безопасности, надежности и государственных норм», – написалпредставитель компании.
Также добавил, что для компании этот проект в приоритете, поскольку ведет к улучшению взаимосвязи между онлайн и офлайн-секторами китайской экономики.
Для справки. DiDi — это крупнейший агрегатор такси в Китае с аудиторией в 500 млн пользователей. В спектр услуг также входят каршеринга, доставка и обеспечение логистики. В мае компания закрыла инвестиционный раунд на $500 млн, после чего оценка компании превысила $60 млрд.
