Правительство Южной Кореи провело проверку безопасности криптовалютных бирж. Только семь из них прошли все 85 контрольных пунктов. Министерство науки и информационных технологий Южной Кореи объявило результаты инспекции в четверг, сообщает Bitcoin.com. Четырнадцать ранее проверенных бирж не улучшили свои результаты, а семнадцать новых бирж не соответствуют стандартам безопасности.
Министерство провело проверку 38 криптовалютных бирж совместно с Корейским агентством по Интернету и безопасности (KISA) в период с сентября по декабрь прошлого года. При этом 21 биржа уже проверялась в период с января по март 2018 года, а остальные 17 бирж проверялись впервые.
По результатам предыдущей проверки всем 21 биржам были даны рекомендации по улучшению определенных мер безопасности. Семь из них предприняли необходимые меры и выполнили все 85 пунктов в контрольном списке инспекторов. Семь бирж, прошедших инспекцию регулятора, это — Upbit, Bithumb, Gopax, Korbit, Coinone, Hanbitco и Huobi Korea.
Для 14 компаний, не улучшивших результат, необходимо повысить показатели по 51 элементу системы безопасности. Для 17 вновь зарегистрированных бирж в среднем необходимо повысить безопасность по 61 контрольному пункту.
