Сегодня Комиссия по справедливой торговле Кореи (FTC), главный антимонопольный регулятор страны, объявила о введении изменений в условиях обслуживания пятью криптовалютными биржами, сообщает KoreaHerald.
Комиссия по справедливой торговле заявила, что Bithumb и четыре другие криптовалютные биржи изменили свои условия обслуживания таким образом, что они будут нести ответственность за проблемы, вызванные потенциальными кибератаками или системными сбоями. Исключение составляют случаи, когда пользователи совершают умышленные действия или проявляют грубую халатность, в результате которой происходит утеря средств.
Ранее в июне прошлого года биржа Bithumb потеряла в результате взлома криптовалютные средства клиентов на сумму около 31,5 млн долларов. Позже в октябре биржа сменила собственника и была приобретена консорциумом из Сингапура, в результате чего крупнейшим акционером Bithumb стал ранний инвестор в криптовалюту, основатель и председатель BK Group, пластический хирург Ким Бьюнг Гун (Kim Byung Gun).
