Президент США Дональд Трамп намерен назначить директора Административно-бюджетного управления Белого дома Мика Малвэни на должность исполняющего обязанности главы аппарата Белого дома.
Об этом Трамп написал в Twitter.
“Рад сообщить, что Мик Малвэни, директор административно-бюджетного управления, будет назван исполняющим обязанности главы аппарата Белого дома после ухода Джона Келли, который отлично служил нашей стране. Мик проделал выдающуюся работу на должности директора, жду совместной работы с ним в новом качестве, так как мы продолжаем делать Америку снова великой!” – написал президент США.
“Джон [Келли] останется до конца года. Он большой патриот. Я хочу лично поблагодарить его за службу!” – добавил глава Белого дома.
О том, что Келли покинет свой пост в конце года, Трамп заявил на прошлой неделе. Президент США тогда подчеркнул, что новое назначение может быть временным. Во вторник президент заявил, что планирует назначить нового руководителя аппарата сотрудников в течение двух недель.
Интересно, что Малвэни был одним из основателей проекта Blockchain Caucus, созданного в 2017 году для изучения потенциальных реформ, направленных на применения блокчейн-технологии.
По поводу блокчейна Мик как-то сказал: «У блокчейн-технологии есть потенциал совершить революцию в индустрии финансовых услуг, экономике США и правительственных услугах. И я горд тем, что имею отношение к этой инициативе».
Важно отметить, что роль Малвэни как и.о. главы аппарата Трампа будет велика, что может оказаться отличной новостью для криптосообщества США.
