На её долю приходится 30% операций с криптовалютами в стране. Объём торгов за сентябрь составил 4150 BTC, а с начала этого месяца – 1965 BTC.
Сотрудников освобождали от возложенных обязанностей на следующий день. Для того, чтобы хоть как-то обосновать такие действия, компания заявила, что вносятся изменения в маркетинг и HR.
Решение назревало уже давно
Отделения биржи, в которых прошли увольнения, были после этого закрыты. Один из бывших сотрудников компании полагает, что таким образом биржа сокращает свою структуру. В противном случае компания не сможет платить по счетам.
По словам одного из экс-сотрудников, объёмы торгов биржи в последние месяцы снижались. Организация презентаций не помогла.
То, что раньше делалось за несколько часов, сейчас занимает 2 дня. Некоторые сотрудники просто бездельничали. Уволили тех, кто пришёл за последние полгода из других компаний. Некоторые из них не проработали и 2 месяцев.
