Главу регулятора Кристофера Джанкарло LedgerX обвинила в предвзятом отношении. В датированном 3 июля этого года письме, которым располагает CoinDesk, говорится, что он враждебно отнесся к публикации в блоге СЕО LedgerX.

Глава LedgerX Пол Чоу пишет, что председатель CFTC вызвал одного из членов совета директоров компании. Последний должен был убедиться, что заявка на регистрацию DCO была отклонена через 2 недели. Все дело в прошлогодней публикации Чоу.
Таким образом, председатель CFTC выразил намерение отдать приоритет более крупной компании. Речь идёт об одобрении заявки ICE/Bakkt. Последние столкнулись с проблемами, которые раздражали председателя.
