Хосе Анхель Альварес (José Angel Alvarez), президент Национальной ассоциации криптовалют, прокомментировал распоряжение Мадуро: «Это смелое и правильное решение двигаться вперед к гибридной экономике, где фидуциарная валюта страны конкурирует с криптовалютой».
