К примеру, команда «Мегафона» сказала, что операторы сотовой связи могут помочь быстрому запуску и распространению цифрового рубля «благодаря массовости услуг связи». Также подчеркивают, что для более гибкого управления цифровыми активами можно привязать кошельки к абонентским номерам.
В качестве идентификатора могут выступить существующие сервисы операторов, а для обеспечения безопасности, можно использовать запись криптоключей пользователя на SIM-карту, заявили в компании.
Свои интерес в этом вопросе высказали и в «Билайне», поскольку им интересны платежы P2P-операций без посредников, в том числе в офлайн-режиме.
