Сегодня неизвестным біли отправлені все средства, находящиеся на кошельке криптовалютной биржи WEX, в размере 9916 ETH (порядка $30 млн на момент написания) на новый адрес.
Сейчас транзакция ожидает подтверждения.
Цена газа за перевод установлена в размере 20 Gwei при рекомендованных на момент написания 84 Gwei. Комиссия составляет 0,00042 ETH ($1,27).
«С учетом того факта, что транзакцию провели, дав всего 20 Gwei, свидетельствует о том, что ее провел не очень разбирающийся в крипте человек. Например, случайный человек, которому стал известен ключ», – заявил в комментарии ForkLog CEO Indefibank Сергей Менделеев.
По его словам, «транзакция с такой комиссией может провисеть месяцы».
К слову, 11 августа в аэропорту Варшавы полиция задержала бывшего владельца WEX Дмитрия Васильева по запросу Казахстана. Он арестован до 21 сентября. Эту информацию позже подтвердили в прокуратуре.
Уже 15 сентября, неизвестный вывел с кошелька биржи 100 ETH ($345 385 на тот момент).
С июля 2018 года из-за «технических работ» биржа WEX прекратила полноценный вывод средств. В то же время, по утверждению Дмитрия Васильева, был подписан договор о передаче прав собственности на WEX экс-боевику «ДНР» Дмитрию «Морячку» Хавченко.
Весной 2019 года правоохранители Казахстана заочно признали Васильева подозреваемым в мошенничестве и объявили в межгосударственный розыск:
