Проценты для существующих клиентов из США Nexo Earn Interest не будут начисляться на последующие пополнения. Исходя из уведомления, в ближайшее время подписчиков переведут на Earn Interest 2.0, а новые вклады начнут приносить проценты. Реструктуризация продукта подразумевает его регистрацию в SEC.
Такая политика компании была введена, чтобы «соответствовать недавно объявленным рекомендациям».
Такие действия могли быть следствием новостей о урегулировании конкурентом Nexo — BlockFi — претензий со стороны Комиссии и финансовых надзорных органов на уровне штатов.
