По словам попечителя обанкротившейся криптовалютной биржи Mt.Gox Нобуаки Кобаяши, кредиторы должны проголосовать по плану возмещения средств. Сейчас на кошельке торговой платформы хранится 137 891 BTC (~$6,3 млрд).
Голосование пройдет онлайн, по почте и лично для принятия решения к 20 октября 2021 года. На данный момент окружной суд Токио одобрил документ, который попечитель предложил в декабре 2020 года.
Напомним, согласно опубликованному ранее в сети плану возмещения, предусмотрены выплаты в фиате, биткоине и Bitcoin Cash. Все остальные криптовалюты Mt.Gox продаст. В приоритете – фиатные выплаты — часть или все биткоины и Bitcoin Cash продадут для их покрытия.

В перую очередь компенсацию получат кредиторы, которые бы получили их в рамках процедуры банкротства, если бы ее продолжили. Попечителем будет проведены базовые выплаты в размере 200 000 иен (~$1920) каждому кредитору.
Базовым курсом для выплат Кобаяши предложил обменный курс биткоина и Bitcoin Cash к иене на момент начала процедуры.
- 749 318,83 иен за 1 BTC (~$7205);
- 97 481 иен за 1 BCH (~$940).
Для справки. О своем банкротстве биржа Mt.Gox сообщила еще в 2014 году. Но процесс возмещения средств кредиторам был запущен в 2018 году.
