Український національний банк «Ощадбанк» повідомив, що штучний інтелект в тестовому режимі вестиме сторінки установи в соціальних мережах. Про це написа директор з маркетингу «Ощадбанк» Сергій Грабчак.
Чат-бот вестиме окрему рубрику та генеруватиме для неї тексти й зображення. Що саме та як часто він писатиме, наразі невідомо. Але це викликає інтерес, тож може бути, що з часом соцмережі банку поповняться новими підписниками.
Грабчак зазначив, що залишатися лідером у своїй галузі можна лише за умови постійного розвитку та руху вперед. Саме тому у фінустанові вирішили спробувати ChatGPT. Він також попросив не дивуватися, якщо контент спочатку видаватиметься дивним, та зауважив, що співробітники «Ощадбанку» тільки починають опановувати цей інструмент.
Підписники Сергія Грабчака загалом сприйняли цю новину з ентузіазмом та цікавістю. Надія Дамковська навіть запропонувала на додачу до ChatGPT створити цифровий аватар, який міг би розповідати про основні новини фінустанови.

Лабораторія дослідження ШІ пояснила в листі Мінцифрі, що заблокувала доступ до своїх продуктів, щоб не порушити міжнародні санкції. Крім України, доступу до нього немає в росії, Афганістані, білорусі та ірані. Раніше компанія не пояснювала, за яким принципом відбувається блокування доступу до продуктів OpenAI залежно від регіону.
