Zeniex открылась в мае этого года. За последние сутки своего существования она обработала транзакций на сумму $410 000. Компания утверждает, что продолжать обслуживание клиентов в дальнейшем будет весьма проблематично.
Власти не принимали решений относительно Zeniex
Дело в том, что масштабы данной криптобиржи являются весьма скромными.
Власти заинтересовались фондом Zxg Crypto Fund No. 1. Служба финансового надзора и Комиссия по финансовым услугам в течение всего октября предупреждали о том, что подобные услуги нельзя предоставлять без регистрации.
Фонд планировал привлечь 1 000 ETH (около $211 000) в середине сентября. Неизвестно, была ли собрана эта сумма.
Zeniex отмечает, что этот объём средств не требует прохождения регистрации. Она утверждает, что сейчас испытывает и будет испытывать в будущем давление со стороны регуляторов. Биржа пообещала передать инвесторам все приобретённые токены.
