Финансовые регуляторы штата продолжают активно бороться с незаконными и мошенническими проектами связанными с первоначальным предложением монет (ICO). Последнее постановление привело к закрытию еще четырех проектов, доведя общее число компаний, преследуемых местными регуляторами, до 12, сообщает CoinDesk.
Государственная Целевая группа ICO предъявила компаниям Bitcoin Investments, Ltd, PinkDate, Prisma и Clear Shop Vision Ltd. обвинение в неточно составленных учредительных документах.
