Как сообщает издание Bloomberg, предположительно, размещение может состояться во втором квартале после завершения проверки SEC и при наличии благоприятных условий на рынке. До конца не известно, получит оно форму IPO или прямого листинга акций.
Еще не определено количество предлагаемых инвесторам акций и их ценовой диапазон. До этого источники CNBC информировали, что ценные бумаги Robinhood появятся на Nasdaq.
