Появилось официальное заявление Роскомнадзора, что доступ к Instagram на территории РФ ограничат на основании требования генпрокуратуры.
Именно прокуратура потребовала у Роскомнадзора заблокировать соцсеть и направила в суд заявление о признании компании Meta экстремистской организацией, владеющей Facebook, Instagram и WhatsApp.
До этого в СМИ была информация о том, что Meta разрешила жителям некоторых государств призывать к насилию против российских солдат в случаях, когда речь идет о вторжении РФ в Украину.
Кроме этого, была информация, что компания временно позволит сообщения с призывами «к смерти президента России Владимира Путина или президента Беларуси Александра Лукашенко». По данным СМИ, такие записи не будут банить, если они не несут в себе «другие цели и не описывают местоположение и метод убийства».
Вслед з аэтой информацией пресс-секретарь Meta Энди Стоун заверил, что Facebook и Instagram не позволят призывать к насилию против российских мирных граждан.

В отношении сотрудников Meta следственное управление СК РФ возбудило уголовное дело по статье о призывах к осуществлению экстремистской и содействие террористической деятельности.
