Подразделение Сбербанка Sberbank CIB и Национальный расчетный депозитарий (НРД) объявили о совместном проекте, результатом которого будет тестирование первого в стране ICO. Апробация технологии привлечения финансирования путем выпуска токенов на блокчейн будет проведена на регулятивной площадке Банка России в конце лета 2018 года. Эмитентом выступит компания Level One, управляющая крупнейшим коммерческим лекторием в Москве.
Национальный расчетный депозитарий в ходе тестирования технологии будет проводить учет токенов и расчеты при их выпуске и обращении. Sberbank CIB выступит в качестве организатора выпуска и основного инвестора выпускаемых токенов Level One.
Пилотный проект позволит участникам оценить особенности новых финансовых технологий, провести мероприятия, связанные с минимизацией рисков. Кроме того Банк России сможет сообщить участникам о мерах, необходимых для совершенствования механизма ICO.
В ближайшее время будут приняты Законопроекты «О цифровых финансовых активах» и «О привлечении инвестиций с использованием инвестиционных платформ», что позволит распространить опыт Sberbank CIB и НРД на широкий круг клиентов.
