SEC начала рассмотрение заявок от SkyBridge Capital и Fidelity Investments на запуск биржевого фонда (ETF) на базе первой криптовалюты.
Если заявки будут одобрены, первый инструмент получит листинг на Cboe BZX, второй — на Нью-Йоркской фондовой бирже.
На ответ у комиссии есть 45 дней. В отдельных случаях регулятор может увеличить сроки на 240 дней, после чего вынесет окончательное решение.
