Февральский показатель — 29,97 Т. 3 марта сложность сократилась на 1,5% до 27,55 млн (T).
Во время интервью изданию CoinDesk CEO Compass Mining Уитт Гиббс сообщил, что ослабление динамики можно связать с ростом затрат на электроэнергию, который вынудил некоторых майнеров отключить оборудование. Он уверен, что в ближайшее время этот процесс продолжится.

Он рассчитал, что негативный эффект на хешрейт составил порядка 1,5%. В том числе по этой причине объем вычислительных мощностей (217,5 EH/s) остается ниже рекордных 248,1 EH/s, достигнутых в феврале.
