На пике в январе 2018 года котировки ICOS превысили $57 за монету, но с марта прошлого года токен торгуется ниже $1.
Регулятор также обвинил ICOBox в содействии более чем 30 клиентам в проведении ICO на общую сумму $650 млн.
Ни стартап, ни Евдокимов не отреагировали на поданный SEC иск, и суд вынес в их отношении заочное решение. Согласно ему, в 14 дневный срок основатель ICOBox должен заплатить гражданский штраф в размере $192 768, а компания выплатить регулятору $16 млн.
