План гражданской реабилитации обанкротившейся биткоин-биржи Mt.Gox был утвержден окружным судом Токио. Такую информацию сообщил попечитель Нобуяки Кобаяши.
Напомним, что еще в декабре 2020 года попечитель представил предложение по возмещению средств. В январе детали плана опубликовали, а в феврале суд одобрил его для последующего голосования.
Оно стартовало 31 мая и закончилось 20 октября. В поддержку предложения выступили около 83% пользователей биржи. Исходя из информации Кобаяши, в тот же день суд вынес постановление о подтверждении плана.
«Далее 16 ноября 2021 года план реабилитации стал окончательным и обязательным к исполнению», — сообщил попечитель.
Сейчас еще нет деталей насчет организации процедуры и порядка выплат. Эту информацию он сообщит позже.
