Купить номер можно за криптовалюту Toncoin (TON) на маркетплейс платформе Fragment. Стоимость номера — от 11 TON ($20) до 31 500 TON ($57 330).
Команда мессенджера уже назвала такое решение «новой эрой конфиденциальности».
«Во время общения в Telegram ваш номер телефона никогда не был виден незнакомцам: наши пользователи сами решают, кому его показывать, и могут запретить находить себя по номеру телефона», — сказано в тексте обновления.
Также улучшена конфиденциальность Telegram. Теперь работает общий таймер автоматического удаления сообщений во всех новых личных чатах, даже если первым написал собеседник.
Напомним, маркетплейс Fragment изначально создали для продажи идентификаторов учетных записей. Среди первых на платформе купили юзернейм Telegram — @auto. Его стоимость составила 900 000 TON (около $1,4 млн).
Это будет не последнее обновление от сети. Основатель Telegram Павел Дуров ранее анонсировал некастодиальный кошелек и децентрализованные приложения, в том числе DEX, от команды мессенджера.
