Детали насчет грядущего регулирования криптовалют озвучил глава ЦБ Турции. По его словам, в течение двух недель министерство финансов планирует опубликовать правила регулирования криптовалют. Вероятность полного запрета цифровых активов он исключил, передает издание Decrypt.
«Никакие вопросы не решить, просто запретив криптовалюту. И мы не собираемся этого делать», — сказал Шахап Кавджиоглу.
Поскольку никаких деталей предполагаемого регулирования он еще не может озвучить, только намекнул, что регулирование прояснит юридическое определение криптовалют и определит алгоритм хранения.
Потребность введения нормативных правил он объяснил тем, что «тревожно большое» количество средств покидает страну через цифровые активы. Но также обозначил, что не располагает подтверждающими это достоверными цифрами.
