Национальное агентство перспективных проектов Узбекистана обязало лицензированные криптовалютные компании вносить ежемесячные платежи в бюджет. Закон уже зарегистрировали в Минюсте и вступил в силу.
Согласно документу, регулятор сформировал такую сетку тарифов:
- криптовалютные биржи должны платить 120 млн сумов ($11 000) в месяц;
- майнинговые пулы – $2750;
- криптовалютные магазины – $550;
- кастодиальные сервисы – $135.
Индивидуальные майнеры должны платить $275.
«Неуплата сбора в течение одного месяца служит основанием для приостановки лицензии. Если компания в течение года дважды не уплатит месячный сбор, лицензию могут аннулировать», – сказано в документе.
Эти платежи будут наполнять бюджет страны, а 20% из общей суммы будет поступать в НАПП.

Уже с 1 января 2023 года физ- и юрлица смогут осуществлять сделки купли-продажи или обмена криптовалют только через провайдеров услуг.
