Вторая по объёму сделка приходится на компанию Du Xiaoman Financial
В апреле прошлого года она отделилась от поисковика Baidu. За 2 раунда Du Xiaoman Financial удалось привлечь $4,3 млрд. В ещё одной крупной сделке (на $1,3 млрд) приняла участие ведущая китайская онлайн-платформа по управлению частным капиталом Lufax.
В прошлом году в Китае заключено 348 сделок в сфере финтеха, в 2017 – 154 на сумму $2,8 млрд. Ещё одним лидером в данной сфере стал Гонконг (в 2018 году заключено 19 сделок, в 2017 – 15). При этом объём инвестиций упал на 66% – с $546 млн до $188.
